March 31, 2009 - Last night in Niger, we spent at the bus station. We wanted to be sure that we would be on time for the bus. I didn't sleep that much. I coudn't sleep much in the bus either, but I enjoyed the views. At the second stop, the bus almost left without Leopold and me. We had to run to jump into the driving bus. In Birnin Konni, there were tireproblems (yes, again). We had to wait for an hour or something. This isn't the first tire they changed. I think they changed both tires on the other side of the bus as well. In Niamey, the plane was still there, so all was well. The bus trip took about 16.5 hour though. |
