Kusukela ngo-Septemba 2022, yizikhungo zomphakathi zaseNingizimu Afrika ezinikeza iziqu kuphela ezingazibiza ngokuthi "amanyuvesi", kuyilapho ezinye izikhungo zangasese ezenza inzuzo noma ezingenzi inzuzo zivame ukuzibiza ngokuthi amakolishi, izikhungo noma izikole zohwebo.

Amanyuvesi ezwe kanye "nama-technikons", ashumenqe namanye ngalokho angasekho, abaliwe ohlwini ekupheleni kwalesi sibhalwa.
