Ukuthokela inqubo yokujobelela ukudla ngezithokelo, izinongi, utswayi, noma ushukela, ngenhloso yokunandisa isinandiso esithile.
Izithokelo zihlanganisa amakhambi (herbs) nezinongi, nazo ngokwazo ezibizwa ngezithokelo.
