[Hlela umthombo]Regarding the discussion in User talk:Praxidicae#traducir - the issue is not anti-translation. It's about creating pages in small Wikipedias on topics that have little relevance for them and their readers. Desirable content is:
- about their country and people
- an encyclopedia in their language about major topics in science, history, etc.
This second point is "notability" for WP as a free encyclopedia. Adding content about young musicians in another country and language who have just started their careers doesn't belong in a small WP.
